This isn't a spam website. My name is Jay Ruane, and I am a Connecticut lawyer. I have been practicing since 1998. I have found that many "so called" websites by lawyers are really put up by non-lawyers looking simply to have you click on their links to make them money.
This isn't one of those sites.
In my daily practice, I often run into different lawyers, and because I know what it takes to effectively represent a person in court, and what it takes to do a great job for your clients, I can be "your man on the inside." I know what areas of law these lawyers excel in, and what things they do best. The state of Connecticut allows any lawyer who is admitted to handle any type of case. While this is possible, it isn't practical. Every lawyer has an area of law that they prefer, that they do more often, that they are best positioned to handle on a daily basis (when compared to the rest of their practice.)
